SAP BTP Cloud Foundry Runtime Update Instance

Hi everyone,

I tried to update an insntances of cloud foundry enviroment, I only added users to the parameters and then click Update Instances. However, after 5 days the instance continue in processing and don't let me edit instance, create espace or delete instance, just apears in processing. Someone knows, What can I do? or Why the process is lock?

If it's not a trial environment you should file an incident via SAP Support.

Suggest to contact SAP. This is not an issue the community can solve.
