Hello,

DeskI simply executes the actions that the authentication engine of the database asks him to do. Please focus on the database side, if the problem persists please let us know the exact SP / FP level

Hi Simone. The problem is that we get this issue(reset password while going from Dashboard to drill report) with just one user and re-authentication for only one other user. the rest of users dont get this issue.

Hello,

I asked the patch level because there was a known bug in XI3.1 if you are below SP3 FP 3.7 then this FP corrects the problem.  https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1255078

Workarounds would be:

• Disabling the enterprise restriction to force password changes in CMC >
  Authentication > Enterprise
  OR
• Create an enterprise alias for the account in the account
  properties, login with the enterprise alias, change your password, then the
  problem won't come back until the next expiration period (set in CMC above).

No problem, it seems you are on SP2 level hence you may wish to apply FP2.12 after testing

In the meantime please see if the workarounds solve the problem
