SAP backup through Veritas fails

Hi All,

I configured the scripts and while taking backup, it fails. On observation I saw that backint is using SMS(SID) as the user name instead of orasms(the required user id)

Where backint is taking the user information?

Please help

The situation has changed. The present error I get is shown below.

12/02/2006 15:51:26 - Error bpbrm (pid=138) from client SOLUTION: ERR - Lock file /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/dbext/logs/vxbsa.1165092358.files.1.lock is unlocked. Abort backup.

Please suggest ur solution.
