Hi experts,
I need to present a dashboard by sharing the screen of my mobile from a Google Meet or MS Teams call.
However, the screen is blackened when accessing the SAC mobile application.
I tried presenting using 'device preview' functionality but the experience is not the same.
It is also not possible to take screenshots of the dashboard for data privacy reasons.
Do you know if it is necessary to modify some settings?

Have you tried to mirror the screen of your mobile device to your laptop and join a Google Meet of MS Teams meeting?

I recalled I have read something on this topic before. There is an SAP KBA that clarifies that taking a screenshot is disabled in the app on Android due to security reasons. Not sure what those reasons would be because you can do the same on an iPhone. Here is the link:

Don't see anything mentioned on the roadmap for SAC and Android. Perhaps you can check if there is already an improvement request submitted. If not you can create one via the Customer Influence program.
