I am trying to utilize the 'Add Rows/Columns' feature in the SAP Analytics Cloud excel add-in but have an issue where the table rewrites my formula. Please see below for example:
I create the column and attempt to subtract BUD from Actual:
After hitting enter the system the table refreshes and replaces my formula with a new (and quite useless) new formula. For some reason it changed what I had original referenced (C7) with a new cell (D7):
I have tried checking and unchecking the Optimized Planning Area and Planning Enabled features but the same problem still persists. Any help is appreciated!
Request clarification before answering.
It works fine for me. Just try it again. I just select the last column and add insert column > single and then added the formula to it.

Thank you for your response. I have tried in several times on multiple employees computers with different combinations of dimensions and every time the same overwriting issues persists. Do you recall if there is any setting that had to be turned off or on to enable this functionality?
