Hello,
During my extensive research on this topic i came to the conclusion that connecting SAP Analytics Cloud with SAP Ariba is possible through Odata connection, my question now, is there any detailed guide on how to connect them with odata?
for e.g what is the data service url and how do i find it. do i choose basic authuntication? if anyone has any experience in connecting those two platforms together please let me know

Hi there,
You can connect SAC to the Ariba API using a partner solution like Precog or Snaplogic.
Native SAC connectivity to Ariba is planned for 2022. (Please note that this is the current state of plans and is subject to change and may be changed by SAP at any time.)

you can read more about Ariba and Odata (SAC) here:
Hi katryn.cheng , do you know if Native SAC connectivity to Ariba is still planned for 2022 release? Thanks
Hi Zaid,
As mentioned by Katryn above, today there is no standard connector from SAC to Ariba.
One of the options that you have is to use SAC standard content that has been delivered in recent times. you can get more details in this video
Another option is to use Precog data connector which helps you to load data from Ariba REST APIs in SAP DWC. And then you can combine this with any other data you may want to build DWC models. Which can then be used in SAC via DWC live connectivity.
Live connectivity to Ariba from SAC is in backlog however there is no confirmed release plan attached to that item yet.
There is an event planned for the topic on 10th Aug, where this would be discussed in more detail. Would recommend you to register for the same.
