iam new to SAP. basically iam certified oracle 10g OCP. i want to take up SAP Administration. can you guru's guide me and let me know which documents links should follow. i appreciate your support.

First join some good institute, else catch some one who can help you for some queries if that too not worked out we r here 2 help u.
try to get SAP Handbook by McGrawhill Pub. thats the good book for learning SAP
