Sales Order Flexible Workflow (WS02000006)

Hi there,

I am working on a sales order flexible workflow (WS02000006) right now. I have finished all the setup needed to get the workflow going, and it is triggering for the creation of a sales order for the specified condition. The workflow is triggerring, and it is sending notification to My Inbox of the defined user having the role to release, reject, or rework the sales order.
But without any manual intervention, SAP_WFRT is automatically releasing the sales order.
How to stop the automatic release of the sales order by SAP_WFRT and assign it to the desired user.

If the system is sending a workitem to a agent (user) from SWIA you can see the pending workitem, the log of the workflow. Or from "flexible workflow administration".

Hi JCD,

The user is receiving the notification in My Inbox, for the order to either release,reject or rework.

In SWIA the work item is READY to be completed by the approver.

But the system (SAP_WFRT) is automatically releasing the sales order without the user taking any action and still the notification is pending in My Inbox.
