Hi,

I'm unable to create a OData Service Connection with SAC.

Odata service is easily accessible on browser with same credentials.

I'm trying to create connection using same credentials and OData service url.

Getting Authentication Error with status code 500.

NO answers yet? It is 2024 Sept and I am still encountering the same issues. Are you guys focusing on creating working product?

It's a pity, when even SAP guys ( @rsinghk ) don't provide their final solution 😞 ...

I don't know the solution either, but on the screenshots above it looks like the User name above is an e-mail address.

My assumption would be that for a Cloud source system, you need the real username, like S4Hana Public Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc. Login works only with Username not E-mail address ...

Or maybe you need a communication system and user in the Cloud source?! And maybe this is not set up properly?

BR, Martin

I've waited a long time without receiving a solution. After some investigation, I discovered that we need to use the OData metadata URL to connect with SAC.

I was initially using the OData service URL for a specific entity, which did not allow me to connect. However, when I switched to the metadata URL, it started working for me.
