Hi

Does validation rule apply while importing data into SAC planning model from sources like S4HANA or flat file?

If not are there any option or workaround to enforce validation rule while importing data.

I believe currently validaiton rule only applies to data publish within SAC. Data import is not applying the rule.

When data is imported into planning model, I want to basically do a dimension rule check like below.

Data records that don't satisfy the Cost center and profit center combination e.g CC1 & PC3, the import job should reject the entry.

But why not to have a correct source without incorrect records?

In scenarios where source is not alterable or when each user import data from a different files then can SAC have some kind of validation mechanism to prevent such records.
