SAC - Content Usage (Open Story) per month

Hi Folks,

I'd like to know how often a story is accessed throughout the year in every month. But I cannot find any chart/table in system overview showing it. All I get is a cumulative figure for the selected time horizon in System - Usage section.

Is there somewhere such overview? Or any guidance how to create it?

Hi there Axel,

I've had a dig through the 'System Overview' Analytic App that comes out the box.
I may be wrong here, but it seems the only way to access the underlying models is to create a copy of the app, save it as an optimised story   >> I added a new page > add a new widget then select 'existing model'

You can't find/see the models by searching for them 😞

I then used the 'Activity_Log' model as the source for a new table.

I created a table using
Dimensions:   Object Name, Date - at month granularity
I used the measure: 'Open'

The table is filtered on the dimension 'Type' = Story
                                                             Object Name  - 'A4 Example report

The standard models are in the 'System' folder so not generally accessible unless an admin adjusts the sharing permissions.

You should find them at:

Files / System / Common / SAC Content / SAC Content Overview / SAC Content Overview - Models.
