SAC connection with S4 Private Cloud

We are facing the issue while connecting S4 private cloud and SAC for live and acquired. Attached screenshot for your reference. Could you please check and suggest if anyone experienced the same and solution.

Did you check below SAP Note? Also, i would searching with this error in SAP for Me and check if any existing note can help you.
