SAC Connection - Schedule for publishing stories

Hi, we have setup SAC BW Live connection to our BW4HANA system using SAML SSO which works fine, but when we activate Advance Features for Publishing Stories we cannot connect. Has anyone experience any issues? We have a call open with SAP but still battling to resolve.

Has the cloud connetor and cloud agent been correctly setup?

Hello roger.adams2,

We had experienced issues with advanced features couple of QRC updates back. I dont think current version is giving us any issue.

It could be something on the back-end (BW). Best option would be to create SAP Support incident and have them investigate this.

Hi Vijayeta, thanks for coming back, we have a call open for months now, just going to different consultants and SAP areas, we had the networks, SAML, and developer guys looking at it, even gave them access to SAC and Backend, they tested themselves and still an issue. The current issues seems to be cert related, see info below. We recreated the certs and had it signed, imported to backend, but still not resolved. What was your issues?

The certificate seems not be the same certificate chain. Please check and verify the SSLC root ca.
