SA10: cannot delete foreign key

SA 10.0.1.4116 / Win64 + mirroring.

An attempt to delete foreign key fails with the following message:

[Sybase][ODBC Driver][SQL Anywhere]User 'fk_dividend_received_store' has the row in '???' locked
SQLCODE: -210
SQLSTATE: 40001
SQL Statement: ALTER TABLE "DBA"."dividend_received" DROP FOREIGN KEY "fk_dividend_received_store"

I see no locks on dba.dividend_received. Don't know if it is a duplicate of this issue or has anything to do with undroppable connections... any insight is welcome :).

There's nothing that looks right about that message, assuming you don't actually have a user named "fk_dividend_received_store"... alas, it's time to call tech support. Have you run dbvalid?
