S4 Upgrade: TCI SAPK10601ACPS4CORE not available

Good Afternoon,

I am performing an Upgrade from S4 2021FPS02 to 2023FPS02.
I have an error in the phase REP_SIF_CHECKS/SUBMOD_S4H_CHECK_INIT/RUN_S4H_SIF_CHECK_INIT.
It requires SAP note 3304656.
This not implementation reports the following error:
The transport based correction (TCI) SAPK10601ACPS4CORE of SAP note 0003304656 is not available.

After reading Note 3308847, 2499947 or 3471138, I have tried to download the TCI SAPK10601ACPS4CORE by searching it on the SAP Support Portal.
As This returns 0 result, I would like to know if you would know I could download it?

The file is available on the note, tab "Correction Instructions", then choose S4CORE:
