We're getting a yellow triangle for "Is Web service security available?" What/where should I start checking?

-thanks

Stuck at 12.4.1 in the docs. 1) Service No. is confusing. The docs say it's a port number, F1 says it's the System ID. Assuming it is the port, which port - 50000 or 8000 or something else? 2) What is the path prefix for no authentication? Is that just left blank? We've tried it with both port numbers and blank path prefix and just get ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT

-thanks

Hi,

1.port 5(XX)00

XX - instance number

2.ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT

TCODE -> SXMB_ADM -> int server config -> edit specific configuration data type RUNTIME

increase HTTP_TIMEOUT parameter - 300

>>2) What is the path prefix for no authentication?

if you want no authentication why bother setting security settings?

you can life with a yellow light

ah, I see. I actually have a different problem that I thought this one might be related to. It would appear that they're not related. I'll have to post another topic with the original problem. Thanks for the help!
