I'm afraid this software that is 12 years old is no longer available for download from either the Sybase Product Download Center (where full installs of our products are posted), or at the Software Downloads for EBFs and Maintenance.

...but one might try to contact the Sybase Sales channels, right...?

Sales will not have this software either. The only way this software could be acquired is if you have an existing product install previously.

Furthermore, the runtime engine is a distributed component that is licensed according to your distribution agreement, and is usually provided to OEMs (or PowerBuilder users).

It would be unusual to see an install of a PowerBuilder application / OEM software that doesn't include the (licensed) SQL Anywhere 6.0.3 software already.

Which third-party software are you trying to use with SQL Anywhere? You should contact the software vendor to see if they can help you with this situation.

You might want to try the SQL Anywhere Developer Version 9.0.2. Since it isn't officialy supported anymore you'll have to look for other sites (Download from Softonic here).

SQL Anywhere is able to work with database created by older versions. The developer version may not be used in production. I don't know if this is a possible issue for you, because you didn't write what you need it for.
