RTC is not working

In order to activate Real-Time Collaboration, I turned the "Tool Area" (on Default Framework page) iView property "Enable Real-time Collaboration" to "true", but when I try to send an instant message I still get the error msg:

"xmsg_CLBSTR_NO_USERS_SEL".

Hi Elisha

Sounds like the user to which you are trying to send the message is not online. I've experienced that the Launch Pat is not showing the right status of the users even when I refresh. It helps to log of the portal and log on again.
