Hi all,
the RoomDirectory Filter is case sensitive.
Is it possible to customize the filter to search not case sensitive?

I raised a same problem with SAP. Pls find the response below.
Problem:
We are using CM search in Team rooms. In room directory iview the
search functionality is case sensitive.
Can we change this search functionality to case insensitive?.
Our server info : EP7.0 SP10.
Appreaciate any useful answers.
Steps for the Reconstruction
1.Go to Collaboration
2.Open Room Directory
3.Enter any avilable room with different case ( Eg :Enter "portal" if
any team room with name "Portal_Test2 exists).
4.The "Portal_Test2" will not be resulted in result set.

The circumstances you have described relate to a consulting issue
rather than giving evidence of a possible error and/or bug with
standard delivered SAP products and/or documentation.

That said, as far as I am aware there is no way of changing the
case-sensitivity in the search as it is hard coded. Apologies if this
causes any inconvenience.

standard delivered software licensed from SAP. Our tasks do not include
providing suggestions about system operation, configuration, how-to
request, etc.
May be you can try decompling the particular component and change the code
