Hi Kalyan,
Was this working before?
Were there any changes made to the RFC in the back end recently?

Hi kalyan,
You might want to try the following things, if not already tried.
1) Re-import the RFC structure into ESR.
2) Adjust your message mapping.
3) Restart your RFC communication channel in Adapter engine (Do a STOP and START in Communication Channel Monitoring)
4) Do a cache refresh if it does not help.
if this is a one -off case and you also have successful cases, you can compare the payloads between the successful message and the failed message.

Yes changes done recently....
Before tht it was working fine...but at tht time I gt another error msg "no mapping pgm found"
you have to follw below steps:
1. in ESR, RE-Import RFC under Imported Objects then save and activate.
2. in mapping . Refresh the mapping and check source and target messages is theer any missing fields /not (no mapping pgm found) and test the mapping
3.check cache status in esr
