Current limitations of RFC adapter are: No SNC, No Call-Back, no RFC-GUI-Debug, no qRFC.
Could you please tell me what they mean ?? especially SNC ??

SNC is secure network communication.
SNC protects the data communication paths between the various components of a SAP System.
for details just search in http://help.sap.com
you would get lotz of inputs.
Moreover SNC is supported in XI RFC Adapter.
