REV.EXE file usage in SAP work directory

There is detected a possible virus in one of our SAP system with filename rev.exe. May I know what is this file usage in SAP?

DB: MSSQL 13.00.2218.00

I could not find references of a "rev.exe" file delivered by SAP.

The screenshot also shows that the file was located at the "work" folder, not at the "exe" folder of the SAP instance.

And just because a file is at the SAP folder it is not necessarily legit. Anything can drop files at any folder...

I would suggest caution as this could really be a virus or similar.
