Hello experts,
I would like to bring HR data (Succsess Factors) to the SAC with an import data connection. The HR data is sometimes partially protected and should not be accessible to everyone. Is there a setting in which I can restrict the model creation to certain data connections? For example, that only employees from the HR department can set up a data connection to Success Factors?

Hi Niels,
Connections have similar sharing settings to what you find for a story or other SAC objects. From within the connections, select the connection that has been established (assuming you have access yourself) and then share it with the appropriate Team/s in SAC.
Be aware that depending on how the connection has been established, it may preserve the credentials that were used to establish it. You would need to understand if you want users to authenticate to the source system as themselves, or perhaps you have system integration accounts you prefer to use which would then have the credentials saved in the connection. Hope this is helpful.
Cheers, Ivan.
