you can download the software from http://service.sap.com/swdc (but you need to have a user for the SAP Service Marketplace.

If you do not have a service user you can also try the trial version here at SDN. https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/nw-downloads -> SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s) - Java Trial Version.
