Reports using GUI_DOWNLOAD show sy-subrc 15 (access denied) after GUI 730

Since upgrading SAP GUI to version 730 the GUI_DOWNLOAD returns error 15 - access to file denied. This was working for many months up until the GUI upgrade and IT say no permissions have changed on their side.

Can anyone help

I recommend you to apply the latest SAPGUI patch. The issue is described in the attached note below:
