After upgrading our environment, some of the crystal reports are not working as before
Previous version: 4.1 SP09
Updated Version: 4.2 SP09
Report design --> It's a landing page which has another subreport embedded. Design is done using opendoc & web elements

Ran report on Crystal Reports Designer (2016 SP09 version) but, similar error. Attached the screenshot of the report and the formula used with in

hi Sri Tatineni, based on what's in the cr-report-launchpad-error.jpg, the issue looks like it is not pointing to a webelements issue.
Here's what you can try for a test: copy the "request target" from the error page "opendoc/crLogon.jsp?sType=rpt....etc......&noDetailsPanel=true" and create a full url to that target report. Paste this full url to the target report into a new browser window. What is the result here?
As another test, take the full URL from above and replace the square brackets from the URL for the Mfr param with %5B for [ and %5D for ]. What is the result here?
