Reporting Problem

Hi Experts,

I am not getting data for one report for company code,but records is available in master data and cube level.

Hi Hasini,

You can check the particular master data records in Attribute table.

The naming conversion is /BIx/Pxxxx or find below.

Go to  TCODE-SE11 give your table and click on display in next screen click on Contents ---> Execute .Once you will click on execute you will find  information on table like this.

Can check in above table 2 Info objects are available in P table those are Objects version and Changed version.

Object version indicates weather info object is active(A) or modify(M).

Changed Vaersion indicates Weather info object is Deleted(D)or Inserted (I)

Suppose your records is above problem means your master data was chnaged not yet activated .

You can activate data in 2 ways.

Run attribute chnage Run or Direct Activate .

HI Hasini,

For this kind of problem you need to change the reporting option as key instead of text ok

check whether you have mentioned text or key ok (property's) option.

second one is have you dropped company code in columns check that.

third one is have mensioned navigational attribute for that field check once.

fourth one is have you set any filters or restrictions for that field check  once.

I have checkd  those recoeds in respective sid table ,sid tables are generated for that records.

But still i am getting same problem.
