Report publications with .zip files

Hi,

I am trying to send .zip file from BO however the xls files which are zipped are having some autogenerated name.

Can anybody know about any workaround to get the correct file names.

Hi

You can use "specific name" option, Refer section "To specify a destination for the publication" page number 60.

Hi Ashwini,

The link you have provided gives name to .zip file however I want to give proper names to files which are zipped like .xls file or .pdf files.

There is no direct way to do it but is there any workaround can be done?

Hi

So for your scenario, do not select the option to ZIP & use Specific name option to give proper name, Also use "Add extention" option.

I also have the same problem, the name of the zipped file is ok but when i open the pdf files inside, they have diffrent names. Please let me know if you were able to resolve this problem.
