Replicate SAP ECC data to SAP BTP Hana cloud Hana database using CPI or SDI?

Dear Experts,

Is it possible to replicate Large/Huge volume of data from SAP ECC legacy system to SAP Hana cloud, Hana DB using CPI or Smart data Integration SDI.

if so what are the pros & cons for using CPI & SDI for replicating large volume of data from ECC?

Which of these is a better recommended approach.
