Hi Shiva,

Conditions

You can formulate conditions to make data analysis more efficient. In the results area of the query, the data is filtered according to the conditions so that only the part of the results area that you are interested in is displayed. If you apply conditions to a query, you are not changing any numbers. Instead, you are just hiding the numbers that are not relevant for you.

Exceptions

We define exception to generate alert levels or the result. We can generate 9 alert levels, 3 Good, 3 Bad and 3 Critical alerts. These are nothing but highlighting the data with colors.

For example, if we have maximum value of Sales revenue as 100000, we can indicate 0-20000 as Critical, 20000-50000 as Bad and 50000-100000 as Good.

Hi,

You are touching too many topics in one discussion.

Conditions

The display of details can be controlled not only by selecting characteristics,

but also depending on the value or quantity information in

structures. For example, this enables typical top n analyses.

Exceptions

Exceptions can be used to highlight data depending on the value or

quantity information. Additionally, status information can be determined,

which can be analyzed in separate exception reports.

Hi,

Characteristic Value Variables :This variables represent characteristic values and can be used wherever characteristic values are used.

Hierarchy Variables :it represent hierarchies and can be used wherever hierarchies can be selected.

Hierarchy Node Variables: variables represent a node in a hierarchy and can be used wherever hierarchy nodes are used.

Text Variables : It represent a text and can be used in descriptions of queries, calculated key figures and structural components.

Formula Variables :it represent numerical values and can be used in formulas.
