Hi,
We have a external Content Repository where all documents are stored in DB not in File System. It is WebDAV compliant.
We have SAP EP6, SP14 system with KM up and running.
We have a repository called ZTEST in external Content Server. We want to access the documents from this external Content Repository.
I tried creating a WebDAV repository Manager, i checked it in KM Content->Runtime, this repository is in GREEN status.
But i am not able to see any documents from my external Content Server under Content Administration-> KM Content.
Please suggest me a solution to the above mentioned requirement.
Regards
Senthil
Hi,
are there any message about this repository in the log file?

Hi Roland,
Which log file ? I saw it in the Default Trace, nothing is there related to repository.
I saw it in the KM Content->Runtime Folder, this repository is in green status.
Content Server has documents stored in Database not in the file system.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Senthil
Hi Senthil
I was talking about the default trace..
There are two more thinks you can do:
- check in the configuration, that the property "Hide in root" is not checked
- in the Component monitor goto to <your rep>/servers/<your server> and click on properties. Are there error on the Miscellaneous tab?
Regards, Roland
Hi Roland,
I check in Config, "Hide in Root" is not checked.
I checked the miscellaneous tab of the my server, it has no errors
-
errors 0
requests 59
bytes-per-second 0
successes 59
response-average 12
failures 0

I have a question here...
Suppose i have a content server where all documents are stored in a database, whether i can push and pull the documents from KM to this content server ? If yes how ?
We have a SAP EP6 SP14 with KM installed (MS-SQL is the database). We are planning to have SAP Content Server, where we are going to use MS-SQL as DB in which we plan to dump all our documents. Whether the KM will support pushing documents in to this content server..
To test this only i created this WEBDAV Repository etc, but it is not working.
KM is WebDAV compliant and SAP Content Server is also WebDAV compliant and we have IIS installed in the SAP Content Server.
Please let me know your thoughts. Please correct me if i am wrong.
Thanks
Senthil
