This means that you need to have a custom SAPscript form. You can copy the standard into a "Z" version in SE71. Once you have copied it, change the "Z" version to landscape by entering the name of the sapscript form, select the HEader radiobutton, click change, click basic setttings, here you can change it.

Did you copy the original form into a "Z" form? If so, did you convert original language. When you copied it, it probably copied as DE as original language. You must now convert it to EN. Once you are in change mode in the form, click utilites->convert original language. Enter the language, click green check. Now you should be able to modify everything in your "Z" form.

Hi Rich!

Actually i copied it in the EN format only and this is what it is displaying in the administrative data section and this is anythig to do with the status ACTIVE-SAVED.

Hi Prasanna,

I think this porprty depends on how you copied the standard form. pL do the following..

let us say, your form is Zmedruck.

in se71 create zpmedruck.. on next screen use the menu option copy from.. there you enter the std form name.. this will let you change the basic settings.. ie from portrait to ladscape..

Good Luck,

Language Key and Original Language are the same? Are you in Change Mode?

Hi Prasanna,

Check your settings in 'Basic Settings' screen of the layout (SE71) for landscape printing.

Rich,

Pl correct me if I am worng.. Do we need to copy the standard form just to change the basic settings? I think it will only be regsitered as a repair and not a modification.

Suresh Datti

P.S. OK ignore it.. I was wrong...

YOu can go to the basic settings info and choose the radio-button for orientation.

However, you should be careful that the layout fits in this format as well.

Hi,

In the "Header" data choose "Basic settings". In the "Orientation" settings choose the desired radio button.
