Refreshing workbooks

Hi,

can someone tell me how to refresh a workbook and save it.

when i click on the icon refresh it asks me to selecta query i have no clue about workbooks. can someone tell me the steps please

HI Vijayanti,

Workbooks are the means of storing queries and preseting it to the users in a formatted way. They are nothing but your normal excel workbooks with a BEX query embedded in them.

To refresh a query embedded in the workbook, just place the cursor over the query area in the workbook and click refresh button.
