can some one tell me where to locate the log file when I see the above message?

I believe it may be due to authorization errors.

I had no clues on the log mentioned here.

Can some advice?

along with the error message you will get the exception id. You can serach in the logviewer baed on this exeption id.

Log viewr is present in the NWA(Netweaver Administrator)

we also have the logviewer console in the OS level of the server.

in the NWA you can find the logs and traces that are generated in the last 24 hrs.

NWA url : http://<hostname>:<portno>/nwa

Hi Colin ,

Like Raju has mentioned , you will have to check the details against the exception id . Open NWA (You must have administrator rights for the same) -> Monitoring-> Logs and Traces -> from the dropdown select default traces . Now you will have to look for your exceptionid and you will get the detailed message .

Follow these steps immidiately after you replicate the issue .
