Hi Folk,
When an email notification is sent triggered via notifiy step in workflow - entering %Records% displays the Record ID and the Display field of the main table .
What is this Record ID and where can it be seen. ? Its definately not visible thru the DataManager .
Is there a way to remove the Record ID from the email notification.?

Hi Vinay,
Every record has assigned an internal unique Record ID which is usually helpful when we are dealing with MDM Java API.
When you are using %Records% in Email notification Record ID will appear and cannot be removed.
You can verify the same from MDM reference Guide.
