recipient not recived the email in workflow

i configured workflow for notificaton, i am sending mails to email, i am using selfitem BOR , is ther any configuration for mail sending, please let me know,

Check that email id of the receipient is maintained in SU01.

Then check in tcode SOST, whether mail has gone or not.

Do select all options in SOST and then execute.

If you don't see any mail here, then you have issue with your workflow.
