Recast AI: feedback feature at the end of conversation flow

I was wondering how I could incorporate a feedback feature at the end of a conversation w/o too much effort.

I want to be able to collect ratings and comments.

the bot has a built in "Customer Satisfaction" skills, you can select it when you create it.
