Hi Experts,
We have below business requirement from our public sector customer to which I look forward to the valuable inputs from anyone of you from your past experience. I came across, below post which proves that this a decade old requirement.
And I believe someone must have find a solution for it.

Now, along with the recall of workitem triggered to next level, we need to revert the status management of form bundle no. (i.e. actions taken during workflow).

Hi,
Other than changing the workitem manually from within the log (delete logically) there is no standard way of fulfilling this requirement.
I think the best way would be to create a simple revert transaction where the user can pick which item they want to recall. Then this should trigger an event and in the task for the next level you add this event as a terminating event. Then in the workflow you should figure out if the task was finished by the approver or by a terminating event. And if it was the latter, end the workflow.
