Hi expert,

In LO i get a problem in lbwe light is red (DS2lis_11_vahdr) i am going to update active to inactive that is in active graded

how can i do this message i get

Entries for application 11 still exist in the extraction queue ->

Message no. MCEX151

Diagnosis

Changing extraction structure MC11VA0HDR for application 11 is forbidden, because there are entries that have not yet been processed into an extraction queue for application 11 for at least one client.

If an extraction structure is changed to the entries that are still open in an extraction queue, then these are no longer able to be read and can cause terminations with the collective update.

Procedure

Start the collective update using the function "Job Control" in the Logistics Extraction Structures Customizing Cockpit.

To get an overview of the logistics extraction queues, see the Logistics Queue Overview.

Hi Pradeep,

First check is the update mode used(V3 ser/V3 unser/Direct/Queu), according to that u check is there any data to be update, if data is there run the V3 job to move all the records to delta queue. Delete the setup tables in LBWG. Then system allows u to modify the datasource in LBWE.

Hope this helps u a lot.........

Assigning points is the way of saying Thanks in SDN

Hi,

Before modifying the LO data source (means active to inactive or modifying the extract structure) first you need to clear the entries at LBWQ by executing the V3 background Job.

So first clear the entries in LBWQ and stop the V3 background job and then you can proceed for your development.

Hi Pradeep,

Please let me know in which system(production or developement) you are trying to deleting the entries.

If you are in production then don't delete the queue entries, becuase you will miss the delta entries.

MCEX02 is for Purchasing,

MCEX11 i am not sure for which Area.

By seeing your data source -2lis_11_vahdr is related to MCEX11.

Hi Pradeep,

If its a development box u can directly delete the queue entries , but the best way is to schedule the V3 job once and move the entries to Delta queue, now u can delete the entries in delta queue .

Hope this helps..

Dear Pradeep,

before making any changes to LBWE , empty the entries in the queue. Lock all the transactions and run the background job so that the data from Extraction queue to the delta queue.

after this you will be able to change the datasources.

Thanks,

krishna

Hey move all the entries in LBWQ to RSA7 by scheduling.

Now delete the entries in RSA7.

Go to LBWG-->give ur appl component no. say 11-orders.12-deliveries,13-billing/invoice

Now LBWE>make it inactive>modify-->save n activate

Fill the setup table , run RSA3 and check the entries and data.

Cheers,

Shana
