We are currently working with the CALM integrations for health monitoring and CTMS, as CALM is providing 8GB of data we would like to regulate the CALM collected data. And we would like to optimize our data management practices, we need guidance on how to regulate and manage the CALM collected data effectively.

Could you please provide us with detailed information on the following:

What procedures or tools does SAP provide for archiving old data or deleting data that is no longer needed? Can you provide guidelines for implementing these processes effectively?

How can we segment or filter CALM data to focus on specific metrics or operational areas? Are there any built-in features or recommended methods for customizing data views?

I setup grafana for some reason and setup a extra graph and check the details. Especially for Operations, in IM&EM i do not record "green" messages. In RUM i reduced the metrics only for production system and reduced the frequence.

Dear Customer,

As documented in the guide Fire-Use, you can monitor the SAP HANA memory consumption in SAP Cloud ALM in the Health Monitoring app by selecting your SAP Cloud ALM service and checking the SAP Cloud ALM HANA Memory metric.
You can see the details of the memory usage for different function areas.

To reduce your memory usage, you can change your housekeeping settings in SAP Cloud ALM for operations apps. For more information, see Housekeeping on SAP Support Portal.

To cover extended use scenarios, you can subscribe to additional services.

Best regards,
Peng

I would suggest that you correct Fire-Use to Fair-Use.
