"Table TCM_C_TCD_PURMAP has entries with empty int order and cost center" ERROR!!!!

Dear Experts,

When upgrading from SAP S4/HANA 1709 to 2022, I get an error that the fields in the table are empty in the pre-check. However, as seen below, I filled the relevant fields in this way and got an error again. Which data should I enter in the areas where I get an error? I would be very grateful if anyone with knowledge can help.

Yes I have. Empty entries for PURMAP have been filled and this is what the note says. However, errors are still received.

Did you use this report to maintain the table entries?

IMG-> Transportation Management -> Master Data -> Organizational Management -> Organizational Model -> Create and Merge Organizational Hierarchy
