Hi,
Alerts are not visible in Alert Inbox.
"No Email Alerts" from Cloud Tenant from Solution Manager 7.2. SP 06. Performed all metrics, thresholds and ICMon Channel configuration. Exception Monitoring showing Alerts.
Interface Monitoring Dashboard showing ( ICMon Channels ) number of Errored IFlows and corresponding runtime. But, Interface exceptions ( Errors ) are not showing in Interface Monitoring and Alert Inbox. Hence the alert Emails are not being generated. in "Default Alert Settings" using Notification Variant, with "Red and Yellow Alerts" and Mode "Email Only".
Alert Consumer Variant is active. Any other missing areas or configurations?
