"No Business Partner" when editing messages in Work Center

I receive the following error message when I select the "edit" icon on an existing message that I created in Work Center Integration Management,

"You have no Business Partner"

Yet my user does have a Business Partner role. What is the issue here?

In tcode BP enter  your BP no and goto change mode

check you have maintaind EMPOLYEE role here if not select it from the dropdown

in the identification your user ID should be there if not enter & then save it

it will resovle ur issue

Hello Maheshie Cabraal,

Do you see the text 'Your assigned Business Partner' ?

If yes go to tcode BP-> tab Identification and check if you have line with system which your incident was created.
