Subhash is correct. You need to analyse the ABAP dump in ST22 and take the help of ABAPERs. Most probably the error cause of sintax error or speling mistake in ABAP program or particular program has been deleted.
Where exaclty you are getting this runtime error any Standard program or any custome program ? If it is any custom program then check with Abaper, if you are getting this error in any Standard T-code then search into OSS and you will find some note.
