Hi All,
Is anyone know how the quick poll iview is linked with the dynamic navigation iview of the defaultframeworkpage?
I want to have multiple quick polls (with different campaigns) to be available. Is the only way to achieve this is by having multiple quick poll iviews with different campains?
Any idea on this?
Regards
Karthik

hi arun
just go to the property of the quick poll iview and change the property of campaign to be used.that is you need to create two iviews for enduser from new iview select km quickpoll iview and in their property editor change the property field of campaign name to the different campaign you are using and put this iviews as delta link to the pages .check in quick poll administration that both the polls must be in ongoing status.hope this helps you please do not forget to give points.

I have tried copying the existing Quick Poll iview and tried using a different campaign on it. Still, only one quick poll is displayed. Is there anything else that I need to do? I have 2 ongoing quick polls with different campaigns on them. Please advise.

Hi Karthik,
If you do not specify the Quick Poll Campaign in the iView parameters you can select it at runtime using iView Personalisation.

Hi subrato,
In end user role, we can view the quick poll in a dynamic navigation iview. This dynamic navigation iview is attached to the Desktop innerpage of the default frame work page and when i try to see the dynamic navigation for this iview i didnt find the quick poll attached to it. I want to know how quick poll is attached to the dynamic navigation iview? my first question is this.

hi karthik,
u can create multiple poll under single campign.... as u said u can create multiple poll with different campaign.. but still ur poll administrator is going to start or end ur poll. in poll admin iview u can only choose one campaign which u want to start. under a single campign u can only start one poll at a time, so i dont think its logical to create different poll with different campaign.
to summarize u can run only one poll at a time through ur poll administrator
