Queue not empty to upload support pkg

dear all,

i import the support pkg SAPKH60007 - SAP_APPL

IT throw error that it have conflict . So i download conflict resolution package.

now i want to put that CRT pkg in queue. but the queue is occupied by SAPKH60007. how to make the queue empty.

If you still are in test import step you can reset the import.

Go to Extras -> Reset status -> Queue

do not follow Ganesh Paisa's advice, it is clearly dangerous.

follow David's advice. this is the supported solution from SAP.

and you should provide point s to people who helps you, David deserves 10 points.

First thanks for your very fast response.

I did as you said. The queue also reset. But the queue is not empty.

the support pkg SAPKH6007 Is in queue. i am not able to put the CRT in the queue.

Did you try to clean up the queue? Click on Display/Define and remove all packages from queue, then try to define a new queue.

Hi Lee,

Delete the queue from SAP tables( PAT01 and PAT03)
