Hello, I was checking the procedure for BW Live connections:
1. I have a S/4HANA 1610 version. Is this version compatible with SAP to configure connectivity with SAC? Please confirm If I can use this version for S/4HANA connectivity with SAC.
2. In the link below, step "2c", appears one image which is selected in a red rectangle. There, appear 8 items from auth until ValueHelp. My question is if all these items need to appear there, because in step "e", are mentioned only 6 services them to be activated.
3. Is it necessary a separated SAP BW to configure this procedure?

1. >> Done
2. To clarify the idea: I work in a company (Company A) that has a SAC environment, We don't have a S/4HANA server, so we will to rent it to another company (Company B), the idea is to connect our SAC tenant with the S/4HANA server located in Company B, so the test for the link should be realised in a computer located in company B Is correct? not in A location . I asked that because my SAP Logon (In Company A) connect well to S/4HANA in Company B. but the access to the link fails maybe for port issues, etc.
>> Network is not my expertise, but all that I know is that you will need to be in the same network to establish the GetServerInfo test. I know that is possible to configure a reverse proxy do to this test from another network but this is out of my expertise.
3. Yes, the services appear in the list, my question was related to if the step 1 "Check that your InA package is enabled" is dependant from the step 2 , I mean, I need to test the step 1 only if the step 2 is realised , or the step1 can be tested /verified by other action not mentioned in this procedure.
>> The step 1 is to check if the services are already activated. If not, probably you will be prompt for a browser error like "This site can't be reached" or something like that, even if in the same network in this case. From this point on, you can go ahead to point 2 to activate the services.
4. >> Done
5. In the procedure Configure CORS on your ABAP Application Server , step 1a mentions : "Access your SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW system using SAP Logon." If I use SAP Logon to connect S/4HANA , Am I login to SAP BW as is mentioned in this step? because I can see the options mentioned. I m not expert in SAP ERP nor BW but I could find several options mentioned in the guide.
>> Correct, this is the procedure.
