Questions about Solman Security optimization service

Hi Team,

This is information request to understand 

1) Security optimization service is configurable in 7.2 SPS 17 ?

2) Is it pre-delivered or having separate licensed installation?

3) Do we have documentation on how to perform configurations for this version? or its same as DIGITS previous versions ?  

4) Any additional precautions do we need to consider?

Please see answers for your questions:

1) Security optimization service is configurable in 7.2 SPS 17 ?
A: Yes, it is still working to configure the SOS report in Solution Manager 7.2 SP17. Please see the supported system types in KBA 2916949 Advanced Remote Service Delivery - Availability Matrix.

2) Is it pre-delivered or having separate licensed installation?
A: It is pre-delivered. For the detailed steps to create a self-service, please see KBA 2792789 How to create a Self-Service Session in SAP Solution Manager 7.2. It's suggested to select the session with "Automated" in the name. The non-automated is only for processors who have enough skill to perform the session manually.

3) Do we have documentation on how to perform configurations for this version? or its same as 696478 previous versions?
