Qualification management in S/4HANA Public Cloud

Hello the community, 

I'm looking for a way to manage the qualifications in S/4HANA Public Cloud but I don't see the equivalent of these ECC6 transactions : OOQA - Change Qualification Catalog / PPPM - Change profile...

Do you know if these transactions are still available in Public Cloud ?  I have seen the App ID F2398A but it is not contained in Public Cloud...

I checked but i could find no equivalence to OOQA / PPPM in S/4HANA Cloud

Please consider raising a feature request if you would like them added
