[python sqlanydb] "super" Bug in exception code

There's a bug in the exception class definitions for sqlanydb-1.0.7. I've created a github issue here. It would be great to fix this, as currently database errors are somewhat opaque and inspecting the attributes of a thrown error is broken. Can someone take a look?

FYI I have fixed this problem and I'm currently running through some tests. Once that's done, I will upload a new version of the driver.
